Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us an email address you can receive mail at, because we use it to confirm your account and to reset your password.

Using workspaces fairly

Each task runs in an isolated environment that we pay for. When you use one, do not:

• use it for anything other than working on the task, such as mining, hosting, scanning or attacking other systems;
• try to break out of it, reach other people’s workspaces, or get around usage limits;
• try to extract the hidden checks, other people’s work, or anything else we have not shown you;
• automate sign-ups or workspace starts, or overload the service.

We may stop a workspace, limit an account, or close it if it is used in these ways.

Your code

The code you write is yours. You give us permission to store it, run it, evaluate it, and show it to you and to the Groundwork team, so that we can operate and improve the service as described in the privacy policy. The tasks, starter repositories, tests and other material we provide remain ours; do not republish them.

Pair and results

Pair is an AI assistant and can be wrong. Test results and evaluations describe how your code behaved against our checks; they are evidence of the work, not a certification or a hiring decision.

The service

Groundwork is an early product. We provide it as it is, we may change or remove features and tasks, and it may sometimes be unavailable. Usage limits apply and may change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losing work that was not saved, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the previous twelve months.

Ending

You can stop using Groundwork and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to davidokunoye003@gmail.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell signed-in users before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Groundwork after that means you accept the new terms.
